At Inversiv, we take pride in our handcrafted products. Each item is made with care and attention to detail. Due to our handcrafted products our typical processing time is 1-5 business days, with most orders being processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping (USPS First Class Mail):
    • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
    • Free on orders over $49 (United States only)
  2. Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail):
    • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days
    • Available as an upgrade at checkout

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the destination and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 within the United States.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the USPS website.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at shop@inversiv.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
