We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To start a return, please contact us at shop@inversiv.com. We'll provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

For damaged or defective items, we may request photographic evidence to expedite the resolution process.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchange Process

We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get exactly what you want and expedites the process.

3.2 Exception for Defective Items

If you received a defective item, contact us immediately at shop@inversiv.com. We will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you.

4. Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
